      Do this:

      Keep everything updated (core, themes, plugins)
      Use security plugin (Wordfence or Sucuri)
      Strong password + 2FA
      Limit login attempts
      Good hosting with firewall
      Remove unused plugins/themes
      Set up automatic backups daily or at least weekly

      If you do just one thing, prioritize backups. They save you when anything goes wrong.
